Great video, thanks for putting this out for free. Quick question on niche selection.
I'd settled on tax relief in the US because of the size of the market (millions of people owe back taxes). But I've since heard that a good niche is one where the end customer isn't struggling financially and is worth $5,000+ to the buyer. Tax relief seems weak on both: the end customer is usually in a tough spot, and the average case barely reaches $5K, if it does.
I also looked at business loans, since one funded deal can pay a broker well over $10K. But as you showed in the video, the audience of business owners is smaller and the ads are already at a high level.
Those are just two examples of where I keep getting stuck: every niche seems to trade market size against customer value or competition. For someone starting out and running their own ads, how would you weigh those factors, and which matters most when picking a niche?
